Three workflow upgrades are live in LoanOfficer.ai. Tag a teammate inside the Notes section of any borrower or partner file and they are notified instantly, filter your contact list down to landline phone numbers, and download single or bulk attachments straight out of an email or SMS conversation.
Three releases went live in LoanOfficer.ai, and all of them target the small friction points that slow a file down: getting a teammate's attention on the right record, cleaning up a call list before you dial, and pulling documents out of a conversation thread. None of them require setup. Open any borrower or partner file and they are already there.
Notes are where the context of a file lives — the reason the borrower paused, the condition underwriting asked for, the callback the processor promised. Tagging turns that note into a hand-off instead of a note nobody reads.
Phone type matters before you start a calling or texting session. Landlines cannot receive SMS, so a list that mixes them in quietly inflates your undelivered numbers and wastes dials in a Power Dialer session.
Documents borrowers send in a thread no longer have to be re-requested by email. Open the conversation on the contact record, select an attachment to download it, or choose Download All when the borrower sent multiple files at once — a pay stub, a statement, and a signed disclosure arrive as one download instead of three clicks each.
Individually they are small. Together they remove the three most common reasons a loan officer leaves the CRM: to chase a teammate in another app, to clean a list in a spreadsheet, and to hunt for a document in a personal inbox. Keeping all three inside the record means the activity history stays complete — which also keeps your lead scores and pipeline reporting accurate.

Yes. The notification is sent as soon as you save the note, and it links back to the record so they land on the right file.
Landlines cannot receive SMS. Isolating them lets you route those contacts to a call-only list and keep your texting audience clean.
Yes. Open the email or SMS conversation and choose Download All when more than one file is attached.
No. All three updates are live in every LoanOfficer.ai account with no setup or configuration.
I wanted to show you some new releases now available in LoanOfficer.ai. First, you can now tag team members in the Notes section. Open a borrower or partner file, go to Notes, type the at symbol, select a team member, and save your note. They'll receive a notification immediately. You can also filter contacts by landline phone numbers: open the contact filters, select phone, and choose landline to display the matching contacts. Finally, you can now download attachments directly from email or SMS conversations. Open a conversation, select an attachment to download it, or choose Download All when multiple files are available. These updates are now available inside LoanOfficer.ai.
