I’ve been in the real estate industry since 1998, and over the years I’ve had the opportunity to help more than 2,000 homeowners, build a brokerage to more than 440 agents, and serve in executive leadership for a company producing approximately $1 billion a year in real estate sales. After spending more than 25 years working with buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders, I saw firsthand how important the financing side of the transaction is.
