About Rod
Rod Morris is CEO and co-founder of First Equity Home Loan, Inc. and a mortgage professional with over four decades of industry experience. He launched his firm in 1987 as one of Alabama’s original mortgage brokers and has since evolved into mortgage banking while still brokering FHA. Rod graduated from Jacksonville State University in 1989 with a degree in Finance and minors in Real Estate and Management. Served as legislative chair, board member, and officer with AMPA and as a state delegate for NAMB. Married to Susan with two kids, Laura and Trey. All three work at First Equity Home Loan.
