Review borrower, owner, and loan data before monthly Property Pulse reports send: match scores, system vs county data, previews, and approvals.
Property Pulse sends your borrowers a monthly home report, and each report waits for your review before it goes out. Go to Marketing, then the Property Pulse tab. The Validate button shows a count of the reports waiting on you. Click it to open the validation screen, where each row is one property.
Each row shows the borrower name from your system, the vested owner from the county record, and a match score for how closely they line up. Next are the two loan columns. System Data is the loan detail already in your LoanOfficer.ai account from your upload or your LOS sync. Property Pulse Data is the loan recorded with the county: the amount, product, and close date come from public records, and the rate is an estimate based on the loan product and close date.
Start with the easy ones: when both sources agree, approve the row as is. When your system still shows an older loan but the county shows a newer one — a refinance — click the Property Pulse cell to use that data. The blue outline and check marks show which source is selected. If a home shows no mortgage in public records and the loan is paid off, pick that option. If a loan just closed and synced from your LOS but the county has not recorded it yet, keep System Data — the rate from your LOS is exact, so it beats the estimate. And watch low match scores: a home vested to an LLC may only match 20%, so check the owner before you approve, or remove the property with the trash icon.
Before you approve, click the eye icon on any row. This is exactly what your borrower will get, with your branding and contact info up top, and a banner reminding you it has not been sent yet. Scroll down to check the home value, the equity, and the snapshot. Open My Mortgage to see the loan history from the county — including a newer refinance and the loan it replaced. The footer shows which loan data will be used on approval. You can approve right there, remove the property, or open the report in a new tab.
Back on the list, approve one row at a time, or check several rows and click Approve Selected — each row uses the source you picked. Approve All Matching approves every report in your current view using System Data, so approve the rows where you picked Property Pulse first.
The auto-approve threshold sets the match score where reports can be approved automatically. Choose a level that matches how much review your team wants before a report goes to a borrower.
Go to Marketing, then the Property Pulse tab. The Validate button counts the reports waiting on you; click it to open the validation screen.

Pick the source that reflects reality. If the county shows a newer loan, the borrower refinanced — choose Property Pulse Data. If a loan just closed and synced from your LOS but the county has not recorded it, keep System Data.
The borrower name and the vested owner from the county record do not line up closely — for example, a home vested to an LLC. Check the owner before approving, or remove the property with the trash icon.
