Meet the new Idea Board inside the LoanOfficer.ai Help Center — submit feature ideas, upvote what matters, and follow along as they ship.
LoanOfficer.ai has added a new Idea Board inside the Help Center. Loan officers can submit feature requests, upvote ideas they care about, and track completed enhancements with walkthrough videos when available.
Post an idea, describe the problem it solves, and let the community upvote. The product team uses vote totals as one of the strongest inputs to the roadmap.
Open the Help Center from inside the app and click Idea Board. You can also browse existing ideas before submitting a new one.
The LoanOfficer.ai Help Center now includes a new Idea Board designed to give loan officers a direct way to share product feedback, request workflow improvements, and vote on the features that matter most.
For a working loan officer, small process improvements can make a big difference. A faster follow-up workflow, less manual data entry, clearer visibility into borrower activity, or a better way to manage daily tasks can all reduce friction and help you stay focused on conversations that move loans forward.
The Idea Board gives LoanOfficer.ai users a central place to suggest those improvements. Instead of sending feature ideas in scattered emails, support conversations, or training calls, you can now submit them in one organized board inside the Help Center.
You can also review ideas submitted by other users and upvote the ones you would like to see built. This helps the LoanOfficer.ai team understand which requests have the strongest demand across the user base.
LoanOfficer.ai is built around real mortgage workflows. That means user feedback is especially valuable. The people using the platform every day are often the first to notice where a process could be simpler, faster, or more useful.
The new loanofficer.ai idea board creates a feedback loop between users and the product team. It helps answer questions like:
By collecting ideas in one place, the team can better understand demand and prioritize development resources. Not every idea can be built immediately, but upvotes and user interest help identify the requests that should move forward faster when resources and timing allow.
The Idea Board also gives users more visibility. Completed enhancements are shown in a final done stage, and when walkthrough videos are available, users can review how the finished improvement works.
The Help Center remains accessible from the bottom of the left-side menu in LoanOfficer.ai. When you open it, you will see an updated overview area with several helpful resources.
These include:
The Idea Board is the area where users can submit ideas for new features, workflow improvements, or ways to reduce friction in the application.
An idea can be something simple, such as a small usability improvement, or something larger, such as a new workflow enhancement. The goal is to describe what you would like to see built and why it would help.
Once ideas are submitted, the LoanOfficer.ai team can review them and move them through the pipeline as appropriate. Prioritization depends on factors such as development resources, feasibility, product direction, and user demand.
Voting is an important part of the process. If you see another user’s suggestion and it would help your business too, you can like it or vote it up. Those votes help the team understand which ideas have broad interest.
When an idea is completed, it appears in the final done stage. If a finished walkthrough video is available, you can watch it to understand how the enhancement works.
1. Open LoanOfficer.ai and look at the left-side menu.
The Help Center is still located near the bottom of the left-side menu. Use that entry point to access help resources, updates, and the Idea Board.
2. Open the Help Center overview.
When the Help Center opens, review the overview area. This section includes recent release information, support access, and a link to daily training calls at 11:00 a.m. Pacific time.
3. Go to the Idea Board.
From the Help Center, open the Idea Board section. This is where user-submitted product ideas and workflow suggestions are collected.
4. Review existing ideas before submitting your own.
Look through the current suggestions to see whether someone has already submitted the same or a similar idea. If they have, voting on that idea may be more useful than creating a duplicate.
5. Submit your idea.
If your suggestion is not already listed, add it to the board. Explain what you would like to see built in the application and how it would reduce friction or improve your workflow.
6. Vote on ideas you care about.
If another user’s suggestion would help you, like it or vote it up. Votes help LoanOfficer.ai understand which features have the highest demand.
7. Track completed enhancements.
Check the final done stage to see ideas that have been completed. When available, review the walkthrough video to learn how the finished enhancement works.
A strong Idea Board submission is clear, specific, and tied to a real workflow. The more context you provide, the easier it is for the product team to understand the problem and evaluate the request.
When submitting an idea, include:
For example, instead of writing, “Improve follow-up,” a stronger idea would explain what part of follow-up is slow, what action you are trying to complete, and what outcome would save time.
It is also helpful to vote on existing ideas. If a suggestion already exists and matches your need, adding your vote helps consolidate demand. A single idea with many votes is usually easier to evaluate than several duplicate ideas with scattered interest.
Use the Idea Board regularly, not only when something is broken. It is a place for improvement ideas, efficiency suggestions, and product enhancements. If something would help you close communication gaps, reduce manual work, or make a repeated task easier, it may be worth submitting.
Finally, keep an eye on the completed stage. Enhancements that have shipped may include walkthrough videos, giving you a fast way to understand what changed and how to apply it in your own workflow.
One common mistake is submitting an idea without enough context. A short request may identify what you want, but it may not explain why it matters. The better the context, the easier it is to understand the value of the idea.
Another mistake is creating duplicate requests without checking the board first. If the same idea already exists, voting on it may be more effective. This helps keep demand concentrated and easier to measure.
Users may also overlook voting. Submitting your own ideas is helpful, but voting on others is just as important. Votes show which requests are relevant to multiple users, not just one individual.
A final mistake is assuming every submitted idea will be built immediately. The Idea Board opens the development conversation to users, but ideas still need to be prioritized based on demand, development capacity, and fit. The board helps guide that process; it does not replace the full product planning process.
Imagine you are using LoanOfficer.ai every day and notice that a specific part of your workflow takes extra clicks. Maybe the process works, but it feels slower than it should. You think a small change could reduce friction and help you manage borrower follow-up more efficiently.
Instead of only mentioning the idea during a call or sending it informally, you open the Help Center from the left-side menu. In the overview, you see recent release information, support options, and the training call link. Then you open the Idea Board.
Before submitting, you scan the existing ideas. You find one that is close to your suggestion, but not exactly the same. If it captures the same core issue, you vote it up. If your idea is meaningfully different, you submit a new one with a clear description of the workflow problem and the improvement you would like to see.
Other loan officers later review the board and vote on the idea because it would help them too. That added demand gives the LoanOfficer.ai team a clearer signal that the enhancement may be worth prioritizing.
As ideas move through the pipeline, the team evaluates them based on available development resources, ability to execute, and user interest. If the enhancement is completed, it appears in the final done stage. You can then review the walkthrough video, if available, and start using the improvement in your day-to-day workflow.

[00:00] All right, guys. One of the things I wanted to update everybody on is that we just released an update to the Help Center. As always, it is still hosted down at the bottom of the left-side menu. [00:24] When you open it up, you will see an overview summary of the latest releases, quick ways to get in touch with support, and a link to join our daily training calls at 11:00 a.m. Pacific time. [00:48] The main thing I wanted to go over today is the release of our Idea Board. The Idea Board is where we are opening up development ideas and workflows to users so we can get input. [01:12] If there are things you want in the application, or things we can do to reduce friction and make the platform work better for you, come in here and submit an idea. Add what you would like to see built in the application. [01:36] We will move ideas through the pipeline as appropriate, based on development resources, our ability to build them, and user demand. We are going to try to fast-track as many as we can. [02:00] Anything that has been completed will be shown in the final done stage. You will be able to view videos with finished walkthroughs of the idea or enhancement. [02:24] Go ahead and check this out. If you like a suggestion or an idea, give it a like or vote it up so we can see who is interested in which features and prioritize the ones with the highest demand. [02:48] That is pretty much what I wanted to go over. Again, it is just an update in the Help Center. You still have access to all the tutorials, releases, frequently asked questions, the Idea Board, and ticket management. [03:12] Go ahead and log in and check it out. Feel free to log as many ideas as you can, and we will work on getting those prioritized as best we can. I appreciate everybody’s time, and have a great day. Thanks.
