I really appreciate LoanOfficer.ai for a few key reasons. Their platform helps me free up time and reduces stress about losing track of mortgage applicants or customers. It creates stronger business opportunities, making it easier to stay on top of reminders, lead outreach, and scheduling. I love how the AI assistant nurtures prior business through text and email outreach with cool market updates and refinance opportunities. The additional assistance it provides for converting new business is a game changer, significantly enhancing my opportunities. I also find their AI Assistance Outreach Marketing Campaigns, Pipeline Campaigns, and AI appointment booking particularly valuable. These features, along with the Rate Watch and mortgage rate widget, automate a lot of tasks and integrate seamlessly with my existing systems like my website and social media. The setup was easy and quick, and I appreciate how they have constantly developed and updated their features over the years. It's been a reliable tool for me over 2-3 years now, and I rate it a top 5 out of 5 for its functionality and development. NA LoanOfficer.ai helps me manage mortgage applicants by automating reminders, initial outreach, and nurturing past customers with timely updates. It streamlines my operations, enhancing business conversion and client engagement, freeing up valuable time.

I love the ability to tell the AI my idea for a campaign and it creates it. It's very user-friendly and campaigns can be built in just minutes. I wish it was a true app in the App Store for mobile It's solved lots of problems. Ability to scan in business cards for referral partners is outstanding so you don't have to type information in the continuous ability to pivot from one campaign to another or into Evergreen campaigns is seamless

Easy to use, helps me keep up with my leads, one stop shop for my LO's to actively work their leads. Easy to integrate with different lead sources and quick turn times on issues we run into. I do not like how when a borrower responds in the chat feature It still shows text that were going to go out to the client via the drip campaign but has an x next to it that shows it did not go out. This just becomes more difficult to read when trying to respond to clients staying in front of our prospects and realtor partners

I really like the AI integration connecting that to my lead source has been amazing Nothing really I think they’re doing a great job It’s solving the problem of Leads falling through the crack because I don’t know where they’re at or they get lost. I’m able to see him every single day where they’re at in the process to be able to update my Realtor partners.

Loanofficer.ai One of the best things I love about LoanOfficer.ai is how it comes with prebuilt Campaigns across all categories, keeping you top of mind in front of the contact. Whenever I have a tech support or training question, they are immediately on it to resolve or provide the appropriate solution or even if necessary live zoom coaching call. Another cool thing is that they have an open idea brain trust webpage, a “suggestion box” if you will have ideas to help improve not only the system, but you’re on process to help you be effective and productive with your time. But these ride is they’re actually implementing not just taking in. You can see them come alive in real time. I’ve loved using assistive and seeing him develop over the years to an awesome system, I can see myself without really help me capture more deal and make more money. For me loanofficer.ai = more productivity, better organization around keeping me on task with my income, producing activities versus the busy “getting ready to get ready” non income producing tasks. I’d say probably so many bells and whistles you don’t know where to start. Possibly, I wish they had a proactive bi-annual or quarterly coaching check-in call by a success rep to make sure you’re utilizing the system most effectively. I feel like the AI assistant is sometimes overbearing and responds too quickly instead of having a delayed natural response time like a normal human would. Helping me stay organized with my clients and prioritizing and automating the right marketing messaging to stay top of mind

It is the most helpful tool I’ve ever used as a loan officer, and I’ve used dozens. I’ve used over 5 different CRMs, and this is by far the best one I’ve ever used. If there is ever an issue or even a feature you’d like added, they are as fast as any company ever ever seen to accommodate
The birthday messages are always too cheesy on the first draft, but you can edit them to sound more natural, so it’s not a big deal
It solves every issue I have. It’s creating perfect marketing emails every week for me without me needing to lift a finger, it lowered my overhead cost by being more affordable than other tools, and the power dialer is such a high level tool to have as an independent broker

LoanOfficer.ai has excellent customer service and a robust set of tools to allow you to reach both clients and partners. Their ai tools to set automated reminders and follow ups is excellent as well.
There is not much to dislike about LoanOfficer.ai. Like any CRM what you put in is what you get out.
LoanOfficer.ai really gives me a clear plan for my day. It really is helping me stay focused on business activities throughout my week.

The best thing about LO.ai is the marketing / client communication functionality.
As a CRM I wish it would integrate contacts with Arive and capture all email activity, and connect it to contacts for detailed records of all conversations like salesforce does.

I like being able to track and communicate with multiple leads at once. It's also helpful to have some AI assistance for communicating with leads and developing those conversations.
The only thing I'd point out is that you're still working with AI, so it can come with some issues since it isn't a real person communicating with other real people.
Outreach, hands down. The tracking is great as well.

Its a somewhat new company and they are still refining minor bugs from time to time, but they are extremely quick to fix.

I love the interface and the AI does an amazing job. I trained it to basically be my clone, and it replies just as I would, so all my clients feel that they are talking to me. The switch from Bonzo was smooth because I liked the interface and the AI much better with LoanOfficer.ai, and setting it up was a breeze.
It would be convenient if I was able to import a workflow opposed to having to create it manually.
LoanOfficer.ai keeps me top of mind with new leads, past clients, and referral partners. I trained it to be my clone, so clients feel like they're talking directly to me.
