Week 3 — Origination Activities + Ethics
Focus: application through closing (TRID timelines, disclosure triggers, LO comp), plus ethics (fraud red flags, advertising rules, fair lending). Daily 30 practice questions across all domains covered so far. Weekend: full-length practice test.
Week 4 — Simulation, Weak Spots, Rest
Two full-length simulations early in the week under strict timing. Rebuild weak-spot flashcards from missed questions. Days 5–6: only review flashcards; no new content. Day 7: light review, hydrate, sleep. Test day.
The 72-hour rule: Do not learn anything new in the final 72 hours. Anxiety and shallow recall of unfamiliar material hurts more than the marginal coverage helps.

Split each day into: 20 min reading/notes, 25–30 min timed practice questions, 15–25 min review of missed questions with written 'why I missed it' notes. Weekend blocks stretch to 3–4 hours for a full-length simulation.
