Account & Contact Data: Name, email, company, and contacts you choose to message or call (to deliver requested features).
Communications Content: Messages/emails you send from the app. Call audio is used only during active calls (see Microphone below).
Device & App Data: Device model/OS, app version, diagnostic logs, and crash/event data for reliability and support.
Identifiers: App/device identifiers (e.g., installation ID) for authentication, fraud prevention, and push notifications.
Location/Places (optional): If you use places search/auto-complete, query data is sent to Google Places to return results. We do not track background location.

Used only while placing/receiving in-app calls. Audio is streamed via our telephony provider and not stored. No background recording.
Notifications
Android: POST_NOTIFICATIONS (Android 13+)
iOS: via UNUserNotificationCenter
Used to deliver in-app alerts such as incoming calls or messages. You may adjust in system settings.
Bluetooth / Audio Routing
Android: BLUETOOTH_CONNECT (Android 12+) for routing call audio to a paired device.
iOS: Bluetooth routing is handled by the OS. We do not scan for devices or request separate Bluetooth permissions.
Tracking
We do not use the iOS IDFA and do not prompt for App Tracking Transparency (ATT). We do not track users across apps or third-party websites.
Permissions are requested at runtime (where applicable) and can be changed anytime in system settings.

These providers act as service providers/processors and handle only the data necessary to deliver functionality.

We do not sell personal data. We share information only with service providers under contract (e.g., telephony, hosting, analytics) or as required by law.

Account and communications data are retained while your account is active or as needed to provide service, comply with law, or resolve disputes.
Call audio is not stored by the app. If your organization enables server-side recording, retention follows your organization’s settings and Twilio’s policies.
