Refund Policy

Absolutely No Refunds
Absolutely no refunds will be distributed by LoanOfficer.ai, LLC. (“LoanOfficer.ai”) for all software or services produced by LoanOfficer.ai (“Services”) to Customers besides the ones included in the Refundable Amounts section located underneath.
Payments made to LoanOfficer.ai compromising but not restricted to User Licenses, Portal Users, LoanOfficer.ai IQ, Data Center, Servers and all monthly repeated software access must be counted as payable,earned due, and non-refundable once LoanOfficer.ai receives a payment. If Customer refuses monthly Software Services, no reimbursements or refunds shall be given back for not using the Software Services.
The standard of service, products, or period should not affect this refund policy and all payments made to LoanOfficer.ai will be non-refundable with exemption to the Net Unused Usage Credits listed in the “Refundable Amounts” section.
Services Definition
The meaning of services will be all data, access, software, services, Platform(s), products, licenses, utilizers or any other closely related item(s) given by LoanOfficer.ai as listed in the Service Agreement, An Order, Terms of Service, or the “Billing & Transactions” part of the Account Settings page located within the Customer’s Account, which can be located at https://app.loanofficer.ai/settings (“Billing Page”) after Customer signs into their LoanOfficer.ai account.
Refundable Amounts
For the purpose of using specific Services labeled “Usage” in the Billing Page (“Usage Services”), you may be needed to make advanced payments or meet specific payment minimums (collectively “Usage Credit”) as described on the Billing Page, earlier to utilizing Usage Services. Your Usage Credit is charged by the amount of Usage Service your Account utilizes, and the left over amount is coined “Unused Usage Credits”.
In response to the termination of your Account, and termination of your utilization of all Services, the Unused Usage Credits will be used toward all due payments by you to LoanOfficer.ai, which does include User Licenses, CRM User Licenses, Portal Users, LoanOfficer.ai IQ, Statements of Work or any other payments due and the left over amount shall be coined as the Net Unused Usage Credits.
The only amounts that are refundable to you from LoanOfficer.ai are the Net Unused Usage Credits , and will only be reimbursed after you cancel your account and pay all payments due to LoanOfficer.ai.
