Sync ARIVE with LoanOfficer.ai so contacts, loan status, and milestones flow both directions — with no manual data entry.
Open company settings → Integrations in LoanOfficer.ai, click Request, and select ARIVE. Grab the API key, secret key, and client ID from ARIVE's company settings → API Integrations page (requires ARIVE Pro), paste them into LoanOfficer.ai, and the sync typically activates within 24 hours.
Have an ARIVE user login ready. Only connect from an account that has permission to see the loans you want to sync.
The connection lives in Integrations → ARIVE.
Once connected, open a recent loan and confirm status, milestones, and borrower fields match ARIVE. Then let it run for 24 hours before making mapping changes.
Connecting ARIVE to LoanOfficer.ai keeps contacts, loan status, and milestones synced automatically — no manual data entry. This lesson walks the exact steps shown in the video.
Inside LoanOfficer.ai, click into company settings (upper-right corner), then open Integrations. The Integrations screen lists every provider already connected and lets you request new ones.
To add ARIVE, click Request and select ARIVE from the drop-down. Hundreds of providers are available directly; if a provider isn't listed the team can build a custom Zapier or webhook / API connection.
ARIVE will ask for three pieces of information:
1. API key
2. Secret key
3. Client ID
Log into ARIVE, click company settings, then open API Integrations. That page is where your Zapier credentials live.
Important: those credentials only appear on the ARIVE Pro plan. If you don't see them, you'll need to upgrade your ARIVE subscription before the sync can be configured.
Copy the client ID, secret key, and API key directly from ARIVE and paste them into LoanOfficer.ai. Once submitted, the integration is typically finished within 24 hours.
Contact records, borrower and co-borrower data, loan status, and milestone events (application, disclosures, appraisal, clear to close, funded) flow into LoanOfficer.ai. Every milestone becomes a trigger you can use inside the CRM — driving borrower updates, referral-partner notifications, AI follow-up, and pipeline automations without any manual data entry.
The same pattern applies to Encompass, LendingPad, Calyx, and hundreds of other tools — request the integration from the drop-down and provide the credentials that provider requires. Anything not listed can still be connected via a custom Zapier or webhook / API integration.
In LoanOfficer.ai, click the icon in the upper-right corner and open company settings.
Open the Integrations screen — you'll see everything currently connected and can request new providers.
Click Request and select ARIVE from the drop-down.
In ARIVE, click company settings → API Integrations. Your Zapier credentials (API key, secret key, client ID) live on this page.
Copy the API key, secret key, and client ID from ARIVE.
Drop those three values into the ARIVE integration form inside LoanOfficer.ai and submit.
Setup typically finishes within 24 hours. After that, contacts, loan status, and milestones flow both directions.
Click the icon in the upper-right corner to open company settings, then open Integrations. Click Request and choose ARIVE from the drop-down.
ARIVE requires an API key, a secret key, and a client ID, all found under company settings → API Integrations in your ARIVE account.
Yes — the Zapier credentials required to sync only appear on the ARIVE Pro plan. Free plans need to upgrade first.
Typically within 24 hours of submitting your credentials.
Contact records, borrower and co-borrower info, loan status, and milestone events (application, disclosures, appraisal, clear to close, funded) — both directions.
The same flow works for Encompass, LendingPad, Calyx, and hundreds of other tools. Anything not listed can connect via a custom Zapier or webhook / API integration.
[00:00] Okay, so the next workflow we are going to go through is I'm going to walk you through how to get your loan origination software — or pretty much any other third-party integration — connected to LoanOfficer.ai. [00:15] So first step: you're going to come into your company settings in the upper right corner here. And then we're going to go into Integrations. [00:25] When we're in Integrations, it's going to pull up here a list of all the integrations that we've got in place, and we can request new ones. To request a new integration, simply hit the Request button here and select your provider from the drop-down. [00:40] Please note that there are literally hundreds of different places we can connect to. So they may not all be listed within the platform here. That being said, if it's one that's not listed, we can go ahead and work on a custom integration to create either a Zapier or webhook / API connection to that specific provider. [00:55] But in the case of ARIVE, what we're going to do is we're going to select ARIVE from the drop-down. Once we have ARIVE, it is going to ask us for an API key, a secret key, and a client ID. [01:05] So I'm going to just open up ARIVE real quick and show you where we can find that in the ARIVE setup. To get your API keys and your details from ARIVE, you're simply going to log into ARIVE, click on company settings, and then go to your API Integrations here. That is where you are going to see your Zapier credentials. [01:15] Now it doesn't need to show — the Zapier credentials — you need to have the ARIVE Pro plan in order to be able to do this syncing. If not, you may need to upgrade your ARIVE subscription. [01:25] But once you've got your client ID, secret key, and API key, you can simply copy and paste those directly into LoanOfficer.ai in order to get the integration started. Should be done within 24 hours. Thanks so much, guys.
