Connect Your LOS to LoanOfficer.ai (Encompass, LendingPad, Calyx, ARIVE)

See how to connect each supported LOS — ARIVE, Encompass, LendingPad, and Calyx — what data syncs, and how milestones flow into the CRM to trigger automations.

Quick summary

Walk through connecting your LOS or any third-party tool to LoanOfficer.ai. Open company settings → integrations, request the provider you use, drop in the API key, secret key, and client ID (shown here for ARIVE), or spin up a custom Zapier / webhook connection when a native integration isn't listed. Setup typically finishes within 24 hours.

Key takeaways

Which LOS platforms are supported

LoanOfficer.ai connects with the LOS platforms most brokers and originators already use — ARIVE, Encompass, LendingPad, and Calyx Point. The connection method varies slightly per LOS, but the pattern is the same: authenticate once, choose what to sync, and let the platform keep everything up to date.

Connect your LOS

The connection lives in Settings → Integrations. Pick your LOS, sign in with your credentials, and confirm which pipelines and fields should be mapped.

What data syncs

Contact records, borrower and co-borrower info, loan status, and milestone events (application, disclosures, appraisal, clear to close, funded) flow into LoanOfficer.ai. Updates propagate in both directions on a regular sync schedule, with milestone events landing in near real time.

How milestones drive automations

Every milestone becomes a trigger inside the CRM. Use them to send borrower updates, notify referral partners, unlock next-step campaigns, and hand off tasks to the AI assistant — so nothing sits waiting on a manual update.

Introduction

Getting your loan origination software (LOS) connected to LoanOfficer.ai keeps contacts, statuses, and milestones flowing automatically between the systems you already run. This lesson walks the exact steps from the video for connecting ARIVE, plus the same pattern for other supported LOS platforms like Encompass, LendingPad, and Calyx.

Where integrations live

Open LoanOfficer.ai and click into company settings in the upper-right corner, then choose Integrations. The Integrations screen lists every provider already connected and lets you request new ones.

To add a new integration, click Request and select the provider from the drop-down. Hundreds of providers are available directly. If yours isn't in the list, the LoanOfficer.ai team can build a custom Zapier or webhook / API connection for that provider.

Connecting ARIVE (walk-through)

Select ARIVE from the drop-down. ARIVE will ask for three pieces of information:

1. API key

2. Secret key

3. Client ID

To grab them, log in to ARIVE, click into company settings, then go to API Integrations. That page is where your Zapier credentials live.

Important: those credentials only appear on the ARIVE Pro plan. If you don't see them, you'll need to upgrade your ARIVE subscription before the sync can be configured.

Copy the client ID, secret key, and API key directly from ARIVE and paste them into LoanOfficer.ai. Once submitted, the integration is typically finished within 24 hours.

Connecting Encompass, LendingPad, or Calyx

The pattern is identical to ARIVE:

Each LOS has its own credential location and permission requirements, so check with your LOS admin if the credentials aren't visible in your account.

What syncs after connection

Once the connection is live, contact records, borrower and co-borrower data, loan status, and milestone events (application, disclosures, appraisal, clear to close, funded) flow into LoanOfficer.ai. Milestones become triggers you can use inside the CRM — driving borrower updates, referral-partner notifications, AI follow-up, and pipeline automations without any manual data entry.

When your provider isn't listed

Hundreds of tools are supported natively, but not all of them. When a provider isn't in the drop-down, request a custom integration and the LoanOfficer.ai team can build a Zapier or webhook / API connection to move data both directions.

Step by step

Open company settings

In LoanOfficer.ai, click the icon in the upper-right corner and open company settings.

Go to Integrations

From company settings, open Integrations to see everything currently connected and request new providers.

Request your LOS

Click Request and select your provider (ARIVE, Encompass, LendingPad, Calyx, or any of the hundreds of others) from the drop-down.

Grab your API credentials

For ARIVE: log in, open company settings → API Integrations, and copy your API key, secret key, and client ID.

Paste credentials into LoanOfficer.ai

Drop the API key, secret key, and client ID into the LoanOfficer.ai integration form and submit.

Wait for the sync to complete

Setup typically finishes within 24 hours; you'll see contacts, loan status, and milestones start flowing after that.

If your provider isn't listed

Request a custom integration — the team can build a Zapier or webhook / API connection to any third-party tool that isn't natively supported.

[00:00] Okay, so the next workflow we are going to go through is I'm going to walk you through how to get your loan origination software — or pretty much any other third-party integration — connected to LoanOfficer.ai. [00:15] So first step: you're going to come into your company settings in the upper right corner here. And then we're going to go into Integrations. [00:25] When we're in Integrations, it's going to pull up here a list of all the integrations that we've got in place, and we can request new ones. To request a new integration, simply hit the Request button here and select your provider from the drop-down. [00:40] Please note that there are literally hundreds of different places we can connect to. So they may not all be listed within the platform here. That being said, if it's one that's not listed, we can go ahead and work on a custom integration to create either a Zapier or webhook / API connection to that specific provider. [00:55] But in the case of ARIVE, what we're going to do is we're going to select ARIVE from the drop-down. Once we have ARIVE, it is going to ask us for an API key, a secret key, and a client ID. [01:05] So I'm going to just open up ARIVE real quick and show you where we can find that in the ARIVE setup. To get your API keys and your details from ARIVE, you're simply going to log into ARIVE, click on company settings, and then go to your API Integrations here. That is where you are going to see your Zapier credentials. [01:15] Now it doesn't need to show — the Zapier credentials — you need to have the ARIVE Pro plan in order to be able to do this syncing. If not, you may need to upgrade your ARIVE subscription. [01:25] But once you've got your client ID, secret key, and API key, you can simply copy and paste those directly into LoanOfficer.ai in order to get the integration started. Should be done within 24 hours. Thanks so much, guys.
