Build mortgage campaigns with upgraded triggers, sending windows, stop rules, sample feedback, a weekly campaign map, and editable AI-generated sequences.
Open Marketing → Campaigns → New Campaign. In Setup, choose the audience and the event that should enroll a contact. The release adds borrower source, status, creation method, birthdays, contact-owner changes, and Do Not Disturb being added or removed. Custom field changes, time since last contact, pipeline stages, Rate Watch targets, and another campaign finishing are also available. Choose the trigger for the actual relationship stage, not simply the largest audience.
Use Schedule and Rules to choose the days and hours when messages may send. Then select when the campaign should stop: a reply, a status or pipeline change, or a completed phone conversation. These controls support a team process; they do not establish consent or legal permission. Review channel-specific opt-outs, contact eligibility, applicable time restrictions, and company policy before publishing. A Do Not Disturb change is an enrollment event, not permission to contact someone.
In AI Builder, choose email, text, or both. Emails can use a branded HTML design or a plain-text style. Set the campaign duration and total number of touches, then choose Front Loaded, Steady, Slow Build, or Burst then Nurture. The right shape depends on the campaign purpose and relationship, not an assumption that more messages always perform better. Read the total plan alongside other outreach the contact already receives.
Describe the campaign goal and any special instructions, then choose Generate Sample. The AI creates one sample per selected channel. Review the purpose, tone, question, and next action before requesting the full sequence. Feedback such as Warmer or Add a Question can be applied with Rewrite; those instructions carry through the messages it builds. Do not include sensitive borrower data or unverified product, pricing, or qualification claims in the prompt.
Choose Map Out Campaign to see the touches arranged by week and suggested actions such as tags and follow-up tasks. Review crowded days, gaps, channel balance, and task ownership. Drag a row to another day when the sequence needs adjustment. This is a planning checkpoint: the map is not proof that the final copy or enrollment rules are ready for borrowers.
Choose Build Campaign Flow to generate the full sequence. Use Classic or Compact view to inspect and edit each step. Check message accuracy, links, branding, timing, task instructions, and stop rules before switching the campaign to Active and selecting Publish Changes. Generating a sample or building a flow does not send it: the release explicitly states that nothing goes out until you publish. Publishing this campaign inside the CRM is separate from publishing the LoanOfficer.ai website.
When one campaign finishing triggers another, inspect both sequences together so their timing, goals, and stop conditions are compatible. After publishing, review the first contacts who enroll and confirm the trigger reflects the intended audience. Assign someone to answer replies and complete suggested follow-up tasks. Treat AI output as a draft that needs authorized review, not a promise of approval, savings, or a particular response rate.
The upgrade adds enrollment triggers, Schedule and Rules, sample feedback, a weekly campaign map, and a full-sequence build workflow.

No. An enrollment trigger does not replace channel-specific opt-outs, consent requirements, or company review.
The AI Campaign Builder in LoanOfficer.ai just got a big upgrade. Here's a quick walkthrough of what's new. Go to Marketing, Campaigns, and click New Campaign. On the Setup tab, pick your audience and the trigger that enrolls contacts. Triggers got an upgrade too. You can now start a campaign by borrower source, status, or how they were created, on their birthday, when the contact owner changes, or when Do Not Disturb is added or removed. You can also trigger on a custom field change, time since last contact, a pipeline stage, a Rate Watch target being hit, or when another campaign finishes, so one campaign can hand off to the next. Schedule and Rules is new. Set a sending window so messages only go out on the days and hours you choose. Then pick your stop rules. The campaign can stop when a contact replies, changes status or pipeline, or after a completed phone conversation. Now open the AI Builder tab. Choose your channels, email, text, or both, and whether emails use a branded HTML design or plain text that looks hand-typed. Set the duration and the total number of touches, then pick a cadence shape like Front Loaded, Steady, Slow Build, or Burst then Nurture. Describe the goal of the campaign, add any special instructions, and click Generate Sample. The AI writes one sample message for each channel. This sample sets the tone and style for the whole campaign. Not quite right? Tap feedback like Warmer or Add a Question and click Rewrite. Your feedback carries into every message it builds. Next, click Map Out Campaign. You'll see every touch laid out by week, plus the actions it suggests, like tags and follow-up tasks. Drag any row to a different day. Click Build Campaign Flow, and the AI writes the full sequence. Switch between Classic and Compact view to review and edit each step. When it looks good, switch it to Active and click Publish Changes. Nothing goes out until you publish. Questions? Join our daily training call, weekdays at 11 a.m. Pacific.
