Anti-Spam Policy

Our anti-spam  policy is suitable to all LoanOfficer.ai Services that may be utilized for spreading bulk emails or marketing emails (“Covered Services”).

You accept to LoanOfficer.ai Anti-Spam Policy as a prerequiste to use of Covered Services. Covered Services must be utilized only for sending messages and emails to people you have an approval to send messages and emails on the topic of such email or message, such as approval-based email marketing. We are very firm about upholding our Anti-Spam Policy. If we find out that you are sending messages and emails to people without their approval, we have the absolute right to cease your user account.

By “approval” we mean direct express and verifiable approval that’s granted to you. An approval to send commercial emails may be through various ways such as:

  • Submitting an email address as part of downloading items from your website or by ordering a service or product from you.
  • Subscription to email newsletters by filling out a form on your website.
  • Someone has given you the email address as part of a contest, event or survey created by you and you have informed them that you would be sending emails.
  • All instances where a person filling out a form has marked an opt-in checkbox detailing their willingness to get in touch by you through email, granted the checkbox is unmarked by default and you have notified such person that the content of the emails will be marketing.
  • All business cards given by a person who has expressed their willingness to receive emails of a marketing nature. Readiness to  variety of emails of a commercial nature will be expected to be where the business cards was dropped off at your table at a trade- conference.

The general principle is “Do not use Covered Services to send messages or emails  to addresses to which you do not have direct permission to send emails on the subject of the email.” We encourage you abide 100%  with the principle above.

When we state 100%, we exclude those circumstances where the receiver of an email has marked it as Spam although you have direct consent to send emails to that email address. It should be kept in mind that a permission once allowed is deemed to have been rejected if the recipient of a mail has decided to no longer receive emails from you.

Specifically, you shall strictly abide by the following rules, which clarify the general principle stated above:

  • You must have clear consent to contact the receiver on the topic of your email. You shall maintain a good amount of  evidence of the fact that you have received consent from all receivers of emails sent by you through Covered Services.
  • You must not bring in or send emails to email addresses that you have purchased, loaned, rented or in any way obtained from a third party, regardless of any claim about condition or permission, while using Covered Services. You must also withhold from importing into your Covered Services account and refrain from sending mails to email addresses you have received from other websites.
  • You must make certain that the routing and header information including your emails “From” and “To,” the originating website name and email address are both correct and accurate.
  • You must not use subject lines that are misleading or untruthful about the contents or subject matter of the message.
  • You must provide a simple one-click unsubscribe choice in all emails and desist from sending emails to people who have un-subscribed from your mailing list. The request to opt-out from the mailing list should be observed within 10 days from the date of the requested opt-out.
  • You must include your correct physical postal address in all emails sent through Covered Services.
  • You must include a noticeable notice in all marketing emails that the message is an advertisement or solicitation and that the recipient can decide not to receive any more commercial emails from you.

We hold the right to, request you at any time for you to prove that you have direct consent to send messages to email addresses you have imported to your Covered Services regardless of whether you have sent commercial emails to such email addresses.

 

Your use of Covered Services indicate your  agreement of this Anti-Spam Policy.
