LoanOfficer.ai, the mortgage-first CRM, today published a complete Marketing Suite training for loan officers and mortgage teams. The lesson follows the platform's marketing workflow in order: campaign configuration, automated enrollment, AI-handled replies, campaign reporting, evergreen content, templates, Property Pulse reporting and opportunity scanning, social scheduling, and review request routing.
Campaign Triggers and Settings: The walkthrough builds a campaign from its trigger rules, using borrower status changes for pre-approved and application-started contacts so qualifying leads enroll automatically. It then covers stop on reply, which ends a sequence when a contact responds, and re-entry rules that determine whether a contact can enter the same campaign again. Sending days and audience filters narrow when and to whom a campaign sends, and campaign steps can apply tags or add contacts to a Property Pulse campaign rather than only sending messages.
AI Replies and Objectives: With the AI scheduler enabled, the assistant responds when a borrower replies, including outside business hours. The training explains that the objective setting—book appointment, send application, or answer questions—defines the goal the assistant works toward rather than limiting its capabilities, since each objective can still schedule a meeting or share an application link. Round-robin assignment distributes incoming leads across a sales team.
Campaign Analytics: Published campaigns report active contacts, open rate, and reply rate, with detail views covering activity, trend, and channel-level analytics. Teams can compare email and text message volume and reply rates across 30-, 90-, and 180-day windows to see which sequences produce responses.
Evergreen Campaigns: Standard campaigns are written at setup and end on a fixed schedule. Evergreen campaigns instead write each message on a recurring basis, which keeps outreach active after a sequence would normally expire. The training demonstrates a weekly local activities email sent Thursday mornings and a monthly market update that pulls current rate and housing information at the time it is written, both branded to the loan officer.
Templates, Tracking Links, and Recommendations: Email and SMS templates can be generated with AI for a selected audience and channel, imported from a previous system, reviewed as a test, and inserted into campaign steps. Tracking links measure clicks on pages and application links used in workflows. The AI Assistant also surfaces recommended messages, currently focused on upcoming borrower birthdays, with individually written drafts that can be approved in bulk.
Property Pulse Opportunities: Property Pulse, an optional add-on starting at $49/mo, sends borrowers monthly property and equity reports built from a valuation estimate, comparable activity, payoff progress, refinance calculators, a price forecast, equity growth, and county lien records. Interest rates on existing loans are not public record and are presented as estimates based on product type and origination date. Engagement reporting shows who opens the reports, and AI opportunity lists highlight rate-drop, FHA streamline, VA refinance, listed-home, and mortgage-insurance-removal candidates that can be sent into a campaign or the Power Dialer queue.
Social Planner and Reviews: The Social Planner connects Facebook and Instagram, with additional platforms planned, and supports scheduled posts, comment management, and interaction reporting. The reviews section summarizes responses collected through the Review Widget configured in Widget Studio, and routing captures ratings at or above the account's positive threshold while directing lower ratings to a separate page.
Availability and Training: The new English-language lesson is available at loanofficer.ai/academy/marketing/marketing-suite-campaigns-evergreen-property-pulse. New customers can start a 14-day trial for $1 at loanofficer.ai/trial.
