Three new releases are live in the LoanOfficer.ai CRM: loan officers can tag teammates with @ inside the Notes section of any borrower or partner file and notify them instantly, filter contact lists by landline phone numbers before launching a calling or texting session, and download attachments — individually or in bulk — directly from email and SMS conversations.

LoanOfficer.ai, the AI-powered CRM built exclusively for mortgage professionals, today announced three workflow releases now live for all customers: teammate tagging inside file Notes, a landline filter on contact lists, and direct attachment downloads from email and SMS conversations. All three are available immediately at no additional cost and require no configuration.
Team Tagging Inside Notes: Loan officers, processors, and assistants can now mention a teammate directly in the Notes section of any borrower or partner record. Typing the @ symbol brings up the team list; selecting a name and saving the note sends that teammate a notification immediately, with the note and the record attached. The hand-off that previously happened in a separate messaging app now lives on the file itself, where the context — the condition requested, the document promised, the callback owed — is already written down.
Landline Filters on Contact Lists: The contact filters now include phone type, so a list can be narrowed to landline numbers in two clicks. Because landlines cannot receive SMS, mixing them into a texting audience quietly inflates undelivered message counts and burns dials in a calling session. Segmenting them lets originators route landline contacts to a call-only list while keeping the SMS-eligible remainder clean — a meaningful difference for teams running high-volume outreach through the platform's built-in Power Dialer.
One-Click Attachment Downloads: Documents borrowers send inside an email or SMS thread can now be pulled straight from the conversation. Loan officers select an individual attachment to download it, or choose Download All when a borrower has sent multiple files at once — pay stubs, bank statements, and signed disclosures arrive in a single action instead of one download at a time. Previously those files had to be re-requested by email or retrieved from a personal inbox outside the CRM.
Keeping Work Inside the Record: The three releases share a common goal: removing the reasons a loan officer leaves the CRM during a live file. Chasing a teammate in another app, cleaning a list in a spreadsheet, and hunting for a document in a personal inbox each break the activity trail on the record. Keeping the collaboration, the segmentation, and the documents in one place preserves a complete activity history, which in turn keeps the platform's AI lead scoring and pipeline reporting accurate.
Compliance Note: Filtering contacts by phone type supports message deliverability and dialing efficiency. It is not a substitute for consent. Written consent requirements under the TCPA and applicable telemarketing rules continue to apply to all calling and texting activity conducted through the platform.
Availability: Team tagging in Notes, landline contact filters, and attachment downloads are live now for every LoanOfficer.ai account. A video walkthrough is published in the LoanOfficer.ai Academy in English and Spanish. New users can try the platform for $1 for 14 days.
