The short walkthrough follows the complete publishing workflow: open a new post, select connected channels, upload an image or video, add the caption, inspect the live preview, choose a format, and publish now or schedule a future date and time.
Channel Selection and Post Creation: The workflow begins under Marketing in Social Planner. After selecting New Post, the user chooses the connected social accounts that should receive the content. Keeping channel selection at the beginning ties the post setup and preview to the intended destinations.
Media, Caption, and Live Preview: Users can drag an image or video into the post editor and add the accompanying caption. A live preview shows how the post will appear before it is published, giving the mortgage professional one place to check the media, copy, and selected accounts together.
Feed, Reel, and Story Formats: The training shows feed, Reel, and Story options and uses Reel for a short vertical video. Selecting the format inside the same workflow helps align the media with the way it will be presented on the connected channel.
Immediate or Scheduled Publishing: Under When to Publish, users can publish immediately or choose Schedule for Later and set a date and time. Scheduled posts appear on the Social Planner calendar and in the Up Next list. In the walkthrough, blue identifies scheduled content and green identifies published content.
