AI now scores every lead and every referral partner from real engagement data — meetings held, inbound calls, SMS replies, email opens and clicks, last activity, and relationship length. This lesson shows where the score lives, how to add it to your pipeline columns, and how to work your day from it.
LoanOfficer.ai now scores every lead automatically. Instead of guessing which contact is warm, the AI reads the activity history on the record — how many times you've connected, whether meetings happened, inbound calls, SMS replies, email opens and clicks, how recently they engaged, and how long the relationship has existed — and turns that into a single engagement score. The same scoring runs on your referral partners. Open the Partners view and you'll see a score there too, which makes it obvious which agents, builders, and title reps are actually engaging with your outreach and which relationships have gone cold.
The score is calculated for everyone, but it only appears in your pipeline list once you add the column.
Open any contact and the score sits at the top of the record with its breakdown, so it is never a black box. You can see meetings held, inbound calls, SMS replies (recent and lifetime), email opens and clicks, the last activity date, and how long you have had the relationship — plus a status chip such as 'Awaiting reply' when the ball is in their court.
The score is a prioritization tool, not a verdict. Use it to decide the order of your outreach rather than who deserves attention.
Switch to your Partners list and the same score appears. A realtor who opens every email, replies to texts, and has met with you recently scores high — a partner you added six months ago and never spoke to again scores low. That gives you an objective weekly list of relationships to revive instead of a vague feeling about who you should call.
No. Scoring runs automatically on every lead and partner. The only step is adding the score column to your list view so you can sort by it.
Real engagement signals on the record: meetings held, inbound calls, SMS replies (recent and lifetime), email opens and clicks, recency of the last activity, and how long the relationship has existed.
Yes. The Partners view carries the same score, so you can see which agents and partners are engaged and which have gone quiet.
Yes. Every logged call, text, email open, and meeting updates the score, so the list reorders itself as your outreach happens.
No. It measures engagement only and has nothing to do with credit, income, or eligibility. Use it to prioritize outreach.
The next thing we're going to go over is that we just released our lead scoring. AI is now scoring every lead based on the metrics — how many contacts we've had with them, emails they've opened, what the metrics behind the actual lead look like. So you'll be able to get a pulse on where every lead is in terms of activity and engagement. The same goes for partners: when you go to Partners, you'll have the same lead scoring. To get your lead score, come in and make sure you add it to your columns. Once that's in place, you'll be able to review the engagement score and see exactly why each lead is scored the way it is based on the metrics. You'll also see it on an individual lead — when you open the lead, it's right at the very top. That's the newest update in lead and partner scoring.
