This walkthrough covers two User Settings controls: a recording notice for qualifying calls and the option to disable automatic AI replies to newly contacted numbers.
Open User Settings and locate the phone-related controls. Review the current choices before changing them so the team understands which calls receive a notice and who handles the first response from a number that is not yet in contacts.
Turn on Play a recording notice to play a disclosure before the conversation begins on calls to your LoanOfficer.ai number and calls placed with Quick Call. The notice tells the other person that the call may be recorded and transcribed.
The AI auto-reply to new numbers control governs whether AI automatically replies when a number that is not in your contacts texts you. Leave it enabled for the automated response shown in the release, or disable it when your team prefers to handle those new numbers directly.
These controls affect different parts of communication: one delivers a pre-call notice, while the other determines whether AI answers a new texting number. Document the approved configuration, responsible owner, review cadence, and escalation path for each setting.
They are shown in LoanOfficer.ai User Settings.
When enabled, it plays a notice before qualifying calls begin, stating that the call may be recorded and transcribed.
The release shows the notice on calls to your LoanOfficer.ai number and calls you place with Quick Call.
It determines whether AI automatically replies when a number that is not in your contacts texts you.
Yes. Disable AI auto-reply to new numbers and establish who on the team will monitor and answer those messages.
No. Follow applicable notice, consent, recording, transcription, carrier, and company requirements for each workflow.
Two new controls are available in LoanOfficer.ai User Settings. Play a recording notice can deliver a notice before qualifying calls to a LoanOfficer.ai number and calls placed with Quick Call. AI auto-reply to new numbers can be turned off when a user prefers to answer newly contacted numbers manually. Review company policy and applicable communication requirements before changing either setting.
