LoanOfficer.ai has released an upgrade to its AI Campaign Builder, giving mortgage teams a staged workflow for planning and reviewing borrower follow-up. The release brings enrollment triggers, Schedule and Rules, channel-specific sample generation, a weekly campaign map, and full-sequence creation into one process.
Expanded Enrollment Triggers: Teams can start campaigns by borrower source, status, creation method, birthday, contact-owner changes, or Do Not Disturb changes. Other options include custom field changes, time since last contact, pipeline stages, Rate Watch targets, and another campaign finishing. Campaign-to-campaign enrollment supports a defined handoff instead of treating each sequence as an isolated workflow.
Schedule and Rules: Users choose sending days and hours and select stop conditions for replies, status or pipeline changes, or completed phone conversations. Teams remain responsible for consent, channel-specific opt-outs, contact eligibility, and company policies. Enrollment events do not establish permission to contact a borrower.
Sample First: In AI Builder, users choose email, text, or both; branded HTML or plain-text email; duration; and total touches. Front Loaded, Steady, Slow Build, and Burst then Nurture shape the cadence. A goal and special instructions produce a sample per channel. Feedback such as Warmer or Add a Question can be applied through Rewrite and carried into the messages the AI builds.
A Weekly Plan Before the Full Draft: Map Out Campaign shows scheduled touches and suggested actions such as tags and follow-up tasks. Users can drag a row to another day before choosing Build Campaign Flow. This makes timing and workflow decisions reviewable before the complete sequence is written.
Review Before Sending: Classic and Compact views allow teams to inspect and edit the generated steps. The walkthrough states that nothing goes out until the campaign is set to Active and Publish Changes is selected. The sample, map, and generated flow are review stages, not automatic authorization to send.
Training and Next Steps: The release includes English and Spanish Academy videos and a practical campaign guide. Teams should use the training to review enrollment, timing, copy, and handoffs before putting a campaign into use. New customers can evaluate LoanOfficer.ai with a $1 for 14-Day Trial.
About LoanOfficer.ai: LoanOfficer.ai is a mortgage-first CRM that combines borrower and referral-partner management, AI-assisted follow-up, scheduling, campaigns, and a power dialer. Property Pulse and branded websites are optional add-ons.
