LoanOfficer.ai has added a validation step to Property Pulse, the optional add-on that sends borrowers a monthly home report. Before a report goes out, the loan officer reviews the data behind it from a dedicated validation screen under Marketing → Property Pulse, where the Validate button counts the reports waiting for review.
Two Sources Side by Side: Each row on the validation screen is one property, showing the borrower name from the loan officer's system, the vested owner from the county record, and a match score for how closely they line up. Two loan columns follow: System Data, the loan detail already in the account from an upload or LOS sync, and Property Pulse Data, the loan recorded with the county. The county amount, product, and close date come from public records; the rate is an estimate based on the loan product and close date.
Choosing the Right Source: Clicking a cell selects which source the report uses, confirmed by a blue outline and check mark. When the county shows a newer loan than the system, the borrower refinanced and the Property Pulse data applies. When a loan just closed and synced from the LOS but the county has not recorded it yet, System Data stays because its rate is exact. Properties with low match scores, such as a home vested to an LLC, can be reviewed or removed.
A Full Preview Before Approving: The eye icon on any row opens the exact report the borrower will receive, with the loan officer's branding and contact information at the top and a banner noting it has not been sent. The preview covers the home value, equity, snapshot, and the My Mortgage county loan history, and its footer shows which loan data will be used on approval.
Individual, Bulk, and Automatic Approval: Reports can be approved one row at a time, in batches with Approve Selected, or across the current view with Approve All Matching, which uses System Data. An auto-approve threshold sets the match score at which reports can be approved automatically.
Training and Next Steps: English and Spanish Academy lessons and a practical guide walk through the validation workflow. LoanOfficer.ai hosts a daily training call on weekdays at 11 a.m. Pacific. Property Pulse is an optional add-on starting at $49/mo. New customers can evaluate the platform with a $1 for 14-Day Trial.
